Domestic Violence Dispute Leads To Power Outages For Some Genesee County Residents [VIDEO]

Hundreds of people in Genesee County lost power early Sunday morning after a vehicle struck a utility pole. Police believe a domestic violence situation triggered the accident. Three people were injured and taken to the hospital. As of now -  two of the people are still on the run.
