Drunk Guy Mistakes Police Station For Casino

I am willing to bet this did not end well.  A 21 year old Oregon man actually walked in to a police station asking for blackjack chips.  The fool left after cops told him he was in a police station, but then came back trying to get chips again!

How he walked out without being arrested the first time is beyond me.  Can you imagine?  However, he really did not commit a crime.  Can you charge someone with mistaken identity of a building?   A blood alcohol test was administered according to the Washington Post.  The mans level was .273 percent.

Since no crime had been committed he was not arrested.  Maybe he got a police escort to the casino?  Probably not so much.
