Dude Drives Completely Demolished Truck

It's amazing how badly cars can get beaten up and still run.  Look all around Flint, Michigan and you'll see automobiles that are practically falling apart but still out on the roads.  This Russian driver takes driving a beater to a whole new level.

How is this thing even running/   I have to assume it's on it's way to it's final resting place, and not the driver's day to day automobile.  Hopefully he's buckled up too, because I have to assume it does not meet American safety regulations.
