Flint Mayor Karen Weaver Announces Water Bill Suspension [VIDEO]

Flint Mayor Karen Weaver has announced a water bill suspension for Flint residents, at least for this month anyway. According to Mayor Weaver, bills will not be sent out until computer systems can update records and credit accounts.
