Now Open – Flint Welcomes On The Bricks Food & Spirits
Xolo in downtown Flint is out, and On The Bricks Food & Spirits is in.
The Fenton Xolo location closed in January 2025, however, I had no idea that the Flint location was closing too.
Based on the social media buzz, I’m not the only one who is surprised but also excited about the change. On The Bricks Food & Spirits has already opened at 555 South Saginaw Street in Flint.
According to the On The Bricks website, the menu features the following,
- Tacos
- Build Your Own Bowls
- Shareable Snacks
- Desert Options
- House Cocktails
- Margaritas
- Wine
- Non-Alcoholic Drinks
- Housmade Salsa & Guacomole
Spring hours at On The Bricks are as follows,
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Wednesday: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Friday: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Saturday: Noon to 11:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
It’s exciting to see another business open in Genesee County! In case you missed it, here are a few other new spots that have recently opened (or are getting ready to open) in the area.
- Soule Good Cafe on Fenton Road in Flint
- LeRoy's Lounge on North Leroy Street in Fenton
- Melli Cafe in The Garden Building in Grand Blanc
- Ziggy's Ice Cream on North Leroy Street in Fenton
- Goodfellas Pizzeria on Fenton Road in Flint
- The One Eleven on North Leroy Street in Fenton
- RailYard Fenton on North Leroy Street - 2 new food vendors
Next week, I’ll have the pleasure of meeting Delano Burton II, the owner of On The Bricks. I’m excited to explore the new spot, and consider this your official invitation to check it out too.
