Flushing Native & American Idol Finalist Manny Torres Announces Cancer Diagnosis [VIDEO]

I met Manny after his appearance on American Idol at his hometown show in Flushing, and I can honestly say he's a kind soul with the positive attitude that is best fit to deal with the upcoming battle. 

He won us over with his beautiful voice and guitar skills. From what I could gather from meeting him and talking to several people who know him, he's an awesome dude. He has a show on April 1st, in Illinois, where he now lives, and shortly after that he will begin treatment. He will give you more details in the video below.
