The level of fear in this girl's cries when they put the handcuffs on her is heartbreaking.

Grand Rapids Police Department officers were looking for a 41-year-old woman accused of stabbing her sister, but when they got to the house they ended up cuffing an 11-year old and putting her in the back seat of a cop car. Her mother and her aunt were also placed in cop cars while police continued their search. According to reports from FOX 17 West Michigan, Grand Rapids Police Chief David Rahinsky said that the treatment of 11-year-old Honestie Hodges was "inappropriate". Authorities later found the actual suspect, Carrie Sue Manning, in a nearby home and she was charged with attempted murder.
