Former Flint Police Chief James Tolbert may be facing criminal charges over contradicting testimony dating back to a 2007 murder trial. At the time Tolbert was employed with the Detroit Police Department.

Davontae Sanford, now 23, pleaded guilty at age 15 to shooting four people at a Detroit drug den. This case gets even more bizarre because a hit man Vincent Smothers confessed to the killings.
