For those looking forward to Auto Fest, the event has unfortunately been canceled this year.

Looks like we have another event in Michigan that we can add to the list of cancelations for 2020. Auto Fest in Frankenmuth has been canceled. This year is a rough one for events. Auto Fest has been a tradition for many for over 30 years and many are saddened by the announcement.

The event normally takes place the first weekend after Labor and is a sight to see. Classic and custom cars hit the streets for spectators to check out. While looking at their favorite cars, Auto Fest is also filled with great food, drinks, and music for all to enjoy.

While it is upsetting and very understandable, given the current situation the world is facing, organizers hope to have a bigger and better event next year. If you have already preregistered for the event, organizers of Auto Fest will be contacting you soon. As for now, you can mark your calendars for next year's event on September 10th, 11th, and 12th.

The coronavirus pandemic has really thrown a wrench in 2020. While it is very sad that many of us won't be able to participate in the events we look forward to every year, it is even sadder for all the businesses who support these events each and every year. With that said, once you're comfortable heading out into the world, be sure to stop by your favorite business and help them out. Plan a trip to Frankenmuth and/or downtown Flint. Businesses in both of these areas are going to feel the hurt with these cancelations.
