Genesee Valley Center Store Closing In Flint Township – What You Need To Know

Another store at Genesee Valley Center in Flint Township is closing.

BoxLunch will be permanently closing on Wednesday, March 26th, 2025. However, store fans can visit the location at Great Lakes Crossing in Auburn Hills.

The store features comic book merch, Disney items, Star Wars merch, and more.

The announcement was made on the BoxLunch Genesee Valley Instagram page,

Since 2017 we’ve loved being able to nerd out with all of you, but sadly we’ll be closing our doors permanently on 3/26. We’re looking forward to seeing you over the next month, and our Great Lakes Crossing location will still be there for you to visit once the Snap occurs!

In 2024 Buckle and Rue 21 closed at Genesee Valley Center, and Macy's will be closing too.

Currently, there are 25 stores still open at the Flint Township mall. I will soon be removing BoxLunch and Macy's from the list.

If you are a fan of BoxLunch, visit the store soon to take advantage of discounted items. We certainly wish all involved the best.
