Grand Rapids Police Looking For Man Who Hung US Flag With Swastika Over Highway

Police in Grand Rapids are looking for a loser in his 20s that hung an American flag with a Nazi swastika on Coit Avenue over I-196.

There isn't a lot of information but witnesses that saw the guy said he looked like he was in his 20s and was last seen walking in the grass near the highway. According to the Grand Rapids Police department's Facebook page, he has black hair and was wearing a leather jacket.
