Introducing The “World’s Worst Band” Design The Skyline

Apparently the internet has spoken and the band Design The Skyline is the worst band on the planet. The band, that can only be classified as "clusterf--- metalcore", is not hated because of their talent. They appear to be decent musicians actually. It's mostly because hearing their "music" is about as enjoyable as eating a turd sandwich.

Ultimate Guitar recently reported about this band and explained their side of the story, we don't care what their excuses are -- this is horrible, horrible "music". No matter how talented the band is, having everyone play a different song at the same time is always going to sound like s---.

Design The Skyline has drawn a lot of hatred for the release of their video 'Surrounded By Silence', people in the metal community will always react strongly when they feel there are posers in their midst. Due to their pastel-drenched hipster fashions and blending of elements that should never be combined in music, the band has racked up over 18,000 dislikes on the video (vs. only 2k likes).

'Surrounded by Silence' has also gathered great one-liners in the comment section such as "It's so bad I think it gave me cancer", but also a surprising amount of praise. That just goes to show you -- in the era of disposable music you can find a group of kids who will listen to just about anything. Watch as they combine math metal, auto-tuned vocals, 8-bit Nintendo sounds, cookie-monster growls, keyboard, and an all around disregard for the hearing of others in the video below.
