Most Beautiful Hospital in US Could Be Flint’s Hurley with Your Vote
If you've ever had an emergency medical situation, you've likely been to Flint's Hurley Medical Center. The Trauma Center, Burn Unit, Emergency services and Children's Hospital are known as "the best" in the region. Maybe your child has been cared for by the team at Hurley Children's?
Well, now Hurley is up for a prestigious, national recognition of a different kind.
Hurley nominated to be "America's Most Beautiful Hospital."
50 hospitals around the United States are nominated to be one of the nation's 20 most beautiful. Hurley Medical Center is one of those. Considering Hurley opened its doors in 1908 and has provided medical care to the greater Flint area ever since, this is a nice recognition.
Heck, the hospital has been serving the community since horse & buggy was still a mode of transportation. The bricks on Saginaw Street were still the originals when they opened (now being replaced).

Hurley is one of only two Michigan hospitals chosen.
Soliant Health has the contest set up for voting, here. You can vote as much as you want, too. The other hospital is Hills and Dales General Hospital in Cass City, MI.
This contest is not just about the physical structure that makes up the hospital, but the medical teams and staff that make up the "beautiful" care through lifesaving & life-changing medicine, too.
Voting is open until July 27th. Winners will be announced August 2nd. Each winner will receive a $5,000 donation to their hospital foundation, too. Spread the word -- let's help the pros at Hurley get the attention they deserve.
