World Population Review just put together a list breaking down the "Most Popular Fast Food in Each State" giving us a glimpse into our "in a flash" eating habits. The site indicated that the ever-popular fast-food industry's revenue is estimated to be about $200 billion in the U.S., more than one-third of the world's $570 billion.

What is Michigan's Most Popular Fast Food Restaurant for 2024?

According to the report by World Population Review, Chick-fil-A takes the crown for most popular fast food joining in Michigan. The Atlanta-based company has more than 3,000 locations in 48 states, Puerto Rico and Canada. The first Michigan location opened in Lansing in 2015 and has since made its way across the state.

Chick-fil-A currently has 27 locations in Michigan and has plans to open additional stores. Even with the "minimal" amount of locations according to the "fast food world", Chick-fil-A still reigns supreme.

The detailed report also noted that Michiganders favor National Coney Island as their top pick for Best Iconic Chain in the state and McDonald's as the Most Searched Fast Food Restaurant.
