Lady Falls Off McDonalds Toilet & Sues

Who sits on public toilets anyway?  Apparently this woman.

Illinois resident Cherry Hardie claims she was injured in a McDonald's bathroom.  Hardie claims she was sitting on a toilet when it broke, causing her to fall to the floor.  Allegedly she reached for the wall while falling, and ended up causing severe injury to her left arm and shoulder.

The toilet falling victim also claims she suffered severe shock to her nervous system and is now disabled. (I bet she can figure out how to make it to the court room).

What would make her feel better? $30,000.00 plus, that is what she is seeking in damages.

If true that sucks, if not that sucks too.  People are ready to sue at the drop of a hat anymore.  Or in this case "a drop of the toilet".
