Lapeer Girl Writes And Dedicates Song To The Detroit Lions

Lapeer County's own Paisley Grace is in the spotlight after writing an original song and dedicating it to the Detroit Lions.

At just 10 years old, Paisley says she has been watching the Detroit Lions 'forever'.

The talented fifth-grader is a big fan of the team, and she told FOX 2 Detroit that the idea for the song came to her while cleaning.

As shown in the video below, Paisley Grace aims to sing the National Anthem at a Detroit Lions game. We have a feeling this youngster will make that goal a reality.

The Detroit Lions social media camp did respond regarding Paisley's song on her TikTok page,

Paisley Grace brings her talents to Woodchips BBQ in downtown Lapeer every Sunday evening as the host of Kids' Karaoke. Paisley runs the show from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, except this Sunday.

Paisley Grace will be watching the Detroit Lions take on the San Francisco 49ers just like the rest of Michigan. Kid Karokee will resume on Sunday, February 4th at Woodchips BBQ.

Along with singing, hosting kid karaoke, school work, and performing at nursing homes, Paisley also finds time to create Detroit Lions-themed cookies.
