Lion Rides Along On Car Ride

There is something wrong with circus people.  Not only are they smelly and addicted to meth, but they also have no sense of self preservation.  Watch this old timey circus performer load up a lion and take him on a ride.

First of all, they are doing this for like 12 people in the audience.  The most they are making of this performance is like 35 bucks.  Second of all, how do you practice this?  And what do you do if the lion gets pissed cuz it's dizzy?  You die, that's what you do.
