Man On News Sounds Just Like Herbert the Pervert From ‘Family Guy’ [VIDEO]

I work with a guy who does a great impersonation of Herbert the Pervert, a character on 'Family Guy'. The key word there is 'impersonation'. Now the guy you will see in the video below is not imitating the creepy character - he actually sounds just like him in real life.
