MI Man Invents ‘The Boot’ to Protect Children From Danger [VIDEO]

Michigan resident, Rob Coutuier has invented a device that he believes can save the lives of children in case of danger at school. We all know too well the horrors of a school shooting, Coutuier believes 'The Boot', could prevent deaths if a school is faced yet again with that nightmare.
