Stephanie Ingersoll is a special education teacher in Bay City and she took it upon herself to make sure that children and parents of all income levels have an opportunity to read this summer. According to WNEM, Ingersoll said that the closest library is on the other side of town, but her house is only a few blocks away from Macgregor Elementary making it an easy stop.
