Michigan Child Found Screaming In Apartment Where Men Used Heroin [VIDEO]

A one-year-old girl was found screaming on Labor Day Morning at Cambridge Woods Apartment complex in Gratiot County. According to reports, two men were found one inside of the apartment and one outside. Both had been using heroin.
