Michigan Creation Summit Links Evolution to Hitler

Creationists will gather in Michigan over the weekend to discuss how they believe evolutionary theories are responsible for the murderous ways of Adolf Hitler. The Origin Summit, which is schedule to take place Saturday at Michigan State University, is a veritable brainwashing conference held to sell the weak-minded on supposed evidence that “God” is responsible for the creation of the universe.

“We want to show the scientific evidence that shows intelligent design,” said Creation Summit executive director Mike Smith. “We’re not coming to the campus to promote bible verses or sermons.”

Interestingly, one particular workshop will attempt to show how the ideas of evolution led to the uprising of Nazism and the Holocaust. While the details of this particular program have not been divulged, we suspect they will use the breeding concepts employed by the Nazis as “proof” that evolution led to the deaths of nearly 6 million Jews. The only problem with this argument is the fact that evolution is a scientifically proven element of existence.

Stephen Hawking, perhaps one of the most famous scientists of our time, recently told the BBC that The Big Bang was a product of God. "Because there is a law such as gravity, the universe can and will create itself from nothing,” he said. "Spontaneous creation is the reason there is something rather than nothing, why the universe exists, why we exist. It is not necessary to invoke God to light the blue touch paper and set the universe going."
