Michigan Deer Hunter Captures Jaw-Dropping Nighttime Photo
Hunting season is well underway in Michigan, and while most hunters snap pictures of their trophy bucks with nothing more than their cellphone cameras, one Michigan hunter takes his photography to the next level.
Michigan hunter Chris Kreiner recently captured what may be one of the coolest hunting photos that we've ever seen. The moment was captured while Kreiner was hunting in Ionia County.
The photo features Kreiner with his latest trophy buck, captured under the stars in a stunning nighttime shot that highlights his unique photography skills.
If you're wondering how a hunter could not only snag a killer buck like this but also capture an amazing photo on top of that, well, Kreiner is also a photographer specializing in nighttime photography.

When I first looked at this photo below, I thought he actually captured the image with Starlink flying overhead in the background. I quickly sent a message to Kreiner asking if that's what it was.
No, that is just an airplane with its blinking strobe. That long exposure helps capture the stars and additional background lighting.
Kreiner shared another photo with us that's equally impressive. In this photo, Kreiner stands under the northern lights while taking a picture with his cellphone camera.
According to his website, Chris Kreiner kicked off his photography hobby back in 2008, spending countless hours outdoors capturing moments with friends and family. Fast forward to 2017, and he’d already made a name for himself as the go-to guy for low-light shots. By 2021, Chris had gone national, with his photos popping up in major publications across the country.
