Well, something new is coming to one Michigan retailer that you and your pets are going to love. They’ve just launched a full-on pet and animal pharmacy, and honestly, it sounds like a total game-changer. You can now order meds for your pets (or farm animals), set up automatic refills, and more.

When you think about it, outside of a vet’s office, there really aren’t many places to get prescriptions for your pets. Some big stores might carry the basics like flea treatments, vitamins, maybe a calming chew or two, but if your dog needs antibiotics or your cat’s on something for a chronic issue, you’re usually stuck going through the vet or tracking down a specialty pharmacy online. In situations like that, you kind of feel stuck without many options.

Which Retailer Now Offers a Pet and Animal Pharmacy?

Things are about to get a lot easier for pet owners as Tractor Supply Company just announced the launch of Tractor Supply Rx, the company’s pet and animal pharmacy.

According to Hardware Retailing, customers can now order pet and animal meds, set up automatic deliveries, and even get expert advice through the new program.

Rob Mills, executive vice president, chief technology, digital and corporate strategy officer at Tractor Supply:

We are now able to provide our pet customers with seamless, trusted access to the best value in medications and the expert guidance needed to help their pets and animals thrive, along with their favorite food, treats, toys, and more.

The company says that all they need is your vet's info, and they’ll handle the rest.
