I think it's safe to safe this is the feel-good story of the week.

A pizza shop in Battle Creek which normally doesn't deliver pizza recently delivered to a man dying of cancer and his wife. That part of the story his heartwarming but that's not the only part of the story.

According to WNEM, Julie and Rich Morgan grew fond of Steve's Pizza when they lived in Battle Creek more than 20 years ago. They'd planned a trip to the restaurant for Julie Morgan's birthday in September, but Rich Morgan ended up in the hospital in Indianapolis and later in hospice care.

Last weekend Julie's father called the pizzeria and spoke with an employee. After hearing how much they loved the pizza and what they were going through,18-year-old Dalton Shaffer offered to deliver the pizza 225 miles away. That to me is just amazing.

At the end of the day, Shaffer just wanted to make them happy.
