Don’t Miss Viking Invasion Weekend At The Michigan Renaissance Festival

Don't miss the Viking Invasion Labor Day Weekend at the Michigan Renaissance Festival.

The three-day event kicks off on Saturday, August 31st, 2024, and runs through Monday, September 2nd, 2024. Guests are encouraged to wear Viking gear, enjoy competitions, live entertainment, and unique activities for people of all ages.

Contests include the following,

• Whisker Wars Competition: 3:00 PM on the Wyldewood Stage
• Black & Gray and Color Tattoo Competition: 1:00 PM & 1:30 PM on Igor's Roost Stage

Guests will also enjoy jousting, comedy shows, music, and more.

Did you know there are some new attractions at the Michigan Renaissance Festival this year?

• House of Dragons: A fantastical world featuring a new House of Dragons pub. It's a true dragon-themed adventure. Ages 21 and up only.
• Freeze-Dried Candy: Unique and whimsical sweets will add a new twist to your festival experience.
• Barbi Mermaid:  Barbi Mermaid will entertain you with her mesmerizing tales and aquatic skills.
• Crow's Nest and Barrell Ride: You can test your skills and enjoy two new festival games: The Crow's Nest and the Barrel Ride. Both games are family-friendly.
• VIP Pampering: Season Pass holders and Royal Pass holders, can enjoy new upscale restrooms and beverages in a designated shaded area.

The Michigan Renaissance Festival is at 12600 Dixie Highway in Holly, (48442).

Tickets can be purchased online or at the festival. Kids aged 4 and below get in free and do not require a ticket. There are no ticket refunds or rainchecks.
