Montrose Mother Recently Busted ‘Huffing’, Arrested Again [VIDEO]

A local woman who was recently arrested on child abuse charges is back in the news. Last month Nancy Shoopman of Montrose and Ryan Rittmaier of Saginaw, were found inside of a vehicle passed out at a Walmart. Their 3-year-old child was also in the car. Investigators believe the two were huffing.

Shoopman was arrested again yesterday on charges of 'operating under the influence'.  Authorities believe she was again huffing. According to reports after the first incident, the child was put in the care of other relatives.
