Mother Urges Toddlers to Fight, Posts Video on Facebook [VIDEO]

A St. Louis mother is facing scrutiny after posting a video of herself urging two toddler girls to fight. It is unclear if the woman is the mother of both children or just one.  A woman, who did not want to be identified, saw the video on facebook and alerted local TV station, KTVI.

Missouri’s Department of Social Services spokesperson, Rebecca Woelfel said, quote:

“State law prohibits release of information specific to a case or individual, so we could not confirm nor deny involvement in the case.”

I will warn you this video is tough to watch.
