This guy rode 20 miles totally naked after accepting a $50 bet. Well he wasn't totally naked he was wearing a boot on his foot and on his junk. He's facing charges of Outraging Public Decency and Displaying Behavior that was Injurious to Public Morals. What's really amazing is that this guy was sober.
