New Fenton Restaurant – The Tavern Kitchen And Bar Coming Soon
Update 11/7/2022: The sign is up on the new Tavern Kitchen and Bar on Owen Road in Fenton. The former Meeting Place restaurant is set to open under new ownership (and name) in December 2022. We can't wait.
This past April it was announced that a new restaurant would be opening in the former Meeting Place building on Owen Road in Fenton. Fast forward to September 2022, and more information is now available, including the name of the highly anticipated spot.
The Tavern Kitchen & Bar is sure to be one of Fenton's favorite hotspots. Owners of the new bar and grill also own the hugely popular 15th Street Tavern in Clarkston. As you will see in the pictures below, renovations are ongoing - and so far the changes look fantastic.
Guests are in for a real treat if The Tavern Kitchen & Bar is anything like its sister spot in Clarkton. The 15th Street Tavern is known for great brunch dishes, Taco Tuesdays, and a great beer and wine list too.
No official opening date has been announced for The Tavern Kitchen & Bar other than the Fall of 2022. I will definitely keep you posted as additional information is made available. In the meantime, you can follow them on Facebook for additional information.
As a Fenton resident myself, I am super excited about the grand opening and love the fact that Fenton continues to bring in great restaurants. The countdown is on - I look forward to seeing you at The Tavern Kitchen & Bar.
