New Policy For Police Recommends They Fire ‘Warning Shots’ [VIDEO]

It's no secret that police everywhere are being watched by everyone when it comes to deadly situations. A new policy now recommends that police fire warning shots when incidents call for firing their weapon. 

The International Association of Chiefs of Police is looking at different way to handle things. Warning shots may be a step police can take to keep a situation from turning deadly.
