No Charges Against Child Who Killed Gun Instructor With Uzi [VIDEO]

The nine year old girl who shot and killed a gun instructor with an uzi, will not be facing charges. Charles Vacca, died at a hospital late Monday night after he was shot in the head while teaching the girl how to shoot.

The tragedy happened at Bullets & Burgers, a gun range located within the Arizona Last Stop tourist complex southeast of Las Vegas. The girl was with her parents at the range, and it is reported the family is from New Jersey. I am not a parent, but there is no way in hell if I had a child I would allow him or her to shoot a freaking Uzi. Would you?
