Nuevo Vallarta 2 Now Open In Genesee County

Nuevo Vallarta 2 in Genesee County is officially open for business.

The restaurant was first announced back in 2022. After months of planning, construction, and redoing the place inside and out, the second location is ready to serve you.

I have watched the construction through the years, and I am here to tell you - this is a massive overhaul. The outdoor patio area at Nuevo Vallarta is awesome - the perfect summer spot to enjoy chips, salsa, tacos, burritos, paired with an ice-cold margarita.

If you didn't already guess by the name, this is the second Nuevo Vallarta Mexican Restaurant. The first Nuevo Vallarta location is at 11225 South Saginaw Street in Grand Blanc.

The new location is at 2500 West Hill Road in Flint, a building with a fun history. If you partied in the area back in the day, you probably remember it as the longtime home of Maxie’s Food & Spirits.

Hours of operation are as follows,

• Monday: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Tuesday: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

We have been really lucky around Genesee County this year - so many new spots have opened up.
