Old Man Stuck In Seat Belt Feels ‘Hydrophobic’ [VIDEO]

I feel this man's anxiety. Anything constraining freaks me right the eff out. I panic inside of a car wash. However, this is not about me. This is about an old man, stuck in a seat belt. Watch as he becomes so frustrated, he actually claims to feel "hydrophobic". I would  too!
