Shanty Creek Resort To Offer Fall Color Chairlift Rides

The seasons are changing which means the fall color tours have begun.

I don't know about you, but summer is my favorite season and I am bummed it is coming to a close. It looks like that last good weekend is behind us now which means the fall weather is here and the leaves are beginning to change. Even though summer is my favorite season, a close second would be the start of fall. The first three weeks or so are awesome, but after that, I want to hibernate.

Michigan is one of the most beautiful places in the world as the season changes from summer to fall. Now you can take in the beauty of it at Shanty Creek Resorts in Bellaire. The crew at shanty creek will be offering chairlift rides on the first three Saturdays of October so you can take in the leaves changing from a birds-eye view.

Make your plans to head to Shanty Creek on October 3rd, 10th, or 17th to jump on the chairlifts. The resort will be running the rides each of those days from 11 am until 4 pm. Tickets are just $25 for the entire chair, which will seat up to four people.

If you are thinking of heading to Bellaire, there are quite a few things to do after the chairlift rides. My favorite would have to be visiting Short's Brewing Company. Great beer from Michigan while enjoying what awesome stuff Michigan has to offer is a great way to spend a weekend.
