The Shrine GLOW Circus hits Flint this weekend at the Dort Financial Center with shows all through Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and even Monday.

This isn’t a chill, laid-back circus. Oh no. Everything glows, the stunts are big, and the costumes light up throughout the show. There’s also a pre-show with animal rides and activities for kids. It’s colorful, fast-moving, and never really slows down.

After Flint, the circus heads up to Saginaw and sets up at the Dow Event Center starting January 23. So yeah, it’s coming back around. Still, it’s kind of nice having it here first.
