Six Area Teams Looking To Continue The March To Ford Field

Starting tonight and over the weekend some area football teams season will continue and others will start basketball season off a little early. When you get to this point of the season all the teams that remain are well coached and willing to do what it takes to bring home the hardware. Check out the local teams that are left and who they play.

Tonight's regional final games:

DIV 1 Lapeer (11-0) vs Clarkston (9-2) @ Lapeer 7 p.m.

DIV 7 New Lothrop (10-1) vs Pewamo-Westphalia (11-0) @ Chesaning 7 p.m.

DIV 8 Flint Beecher (8-3) vs Harbor Beach (10-1) @ Harbor Beach 7 p.m.

Saturday's regional final games:

DIV 5 Frankenmuth (9-2) vs Portland (11-0) @ Portland 1 p.m.

DIV 6 Montrose (9-2) vs Flint Hamady (11-0) @ Flint Hamady 2 p.m.

There are some great matchups that include two area teams squaring off against one another (Montrose vs Flint Hamady). Best of luck to all of the teams and will see if we can have multiple area teams lift up a state title this year. The State Finals will be held at Ford Field from November 23-24th.
