Staples Will Laminate Your Vaccination Card for Free
If you're someone that was lucky enough to get your second vaccine shot, good news, there's a way to preserve that CDC vaccine card that was given to you.
Staples is offering to laminate vaccination cards for free for a limited time.
The vaccination card will become almost as important as your driver's license, social security card or passport. Who knows if one day you'll need your card to fly somewhere or to enter a concert or sporting event(hopefully not). The last thing you want to do is rip it or spill something on it and totally ruin it.
All you have to do to get your vaccine card laminated is walk into any Staples location, give them your card and the promo coupon code which is 81450. Unfortunately, this promotion is for a limited time, you only have until April 3, 2021.
There have been some questions surrounding the laminating of the vaccine card and whether or not it could get ruined? According to WUSA, it depends on how your card was printed.

If your card has stickers that were printed using a thermal printer, then yes, the heat used during the lamination process will turn the sticker black and ruin it.
To tell if the sticker is a thermal one, gently scratch it with your fingernail. If the scratch turns black, then you know the sticker is thermal, and you shouldn't laminate the original card. Your best bet would be to simply make a copy of your card and have that one laminated.
