Coming up in October, fans of the Star Wars franchise will be able to see the universe in a whole new light. The Senate Theater is set to host "The Empire Strips Back: A Burlesque Parody" this fall.

Tickets are on sale now for this spicy burlesque show based on the hugely popular Star Wars franchise. Fans will be able to see this show every Wednesday through Sunday throughout the month of October with tickets starting at just $47 per person.

What is The Empire Strips Back burlesque show?

This live show is said to be a "unique blend of seduction and sci-fi" that takes the viewers on a "journey to the dark side." The Empire Strips Back will include a sultry twist of all your favorite characters including Stormtroopers, Boba Fett, and more.

The Empire Strips Back will take place at The Senate Theater in Detroit on the following days throughout October:

  • Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 7:30 pm
  • Saturdays at 4 pm, 7 pm, and 9:30 pm
  • Sundays at 4 pm and 7 pm

The show itself is two hours long and includes a 15-minute intermission.
