Starving Dogs Eat Animal Hoarder’s Dead Body [VIDEO]

I could care less about people hoarding items.  But when it comes to people hoarding animals that it totally f***ed up!  An Ohio man was found dead by authorities after concerned neighbors asked that someone look in on him.  What police found was a house of complete filth, dead and starving dogs and parts of the dead man's body were missing.  Some of the dogs actually ate away at the corpse to survive.

According to KSL, the man lived alone and had about 50 dogs.  Some of the dogs were so bad off they had to be put down.  Eight dogs were taken to a shelter.  An agency tried to help the man in the past, but say they were run off the property.  That seems pretty screwed up.  Why didn't the agency call police then?
