The legal team representing residents in a class action lawsuit over the Flint water crisis had subpoenas served to Governor Snyder and others on Monday.

According to ABC 12, others receiving subpoenas included Flint's four emergency managers - Michael Brown, Ed Kurtz, Darnell Earley and Jerry Ambrose - along with officials at the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality. All are being asked to turn over all emails, text messages and documents linked to the lead contamination. More specifically anything dating back to 2011 when the Flint River as a source of drinking water, Flint River quality or KWA pipeline was talked about.
