Superhero Smears Dog Poo On Inconsiderate Dog Owner

This is the ultimate revenge.  I think this superhero needs the key to the city and his own superhero light.  I can't stand people that walk their dogs and don't pick up after them.  Finally someone to stand up to them!  The costume makes it that much better.  Inconsiderate dog owners beware!
