Back on July 26th, Jacquelyne Faye Tyson walked into a Grand Blanc apartment leasing office and opened fire. Now she has been declared incompetent to stand trial for two counts of first-degree murder and a felony firearm charge.

The shooting took place at Grand Oaks Apartment just off Reid Road in Grand Blanc and claimed the lives of Tamara Johnson and Lyric Work. Work, was pregnant at the time, but fortunately the baby survived.

According to MLive:

The criminal prosecution is on hold until such time that she is determined competent or permanently incompetent," said Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton. "The forensic center will treat her and get her to the point where she can be adjudicated competent so then we can move forward.
