Back in December, Jackson County Circuit Court Judge John McBain jumped into action to help restrain a man in his courtroom. After getting 93 days in jail, this guy decided to not go down without a fight. As the officer was trying to cuff him, he fought back.

I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like in a situation like this. This man was addressing the court on behalf of his family at the sentencing of his daughter's killer. During the hearing, the murderer can be seen smirking, which enraged the father enough to go on the attack.

So this happened in Washtenaw County courtroom. During his court case, Michigan resident Brian Earl Taylor, decided to make an apology in a different way than most. While at the stand he started to sing an apology to the judge, his mother, and the victims in the case. I guess that is one way to get your point across.

This seems a bit overkill to me.  This inmate was under investigation and was talking to the judge about it.  Then, it seems the deputy got a little jumpy and the inmate partially turned around.  The officer then slammed him into the wall.
