This really makes me want to scratch off Times Square on my bucket list.  Just a normal crowded street corner in New York then all hell breaks lose.  Even after the shots ring out the guy was able to get up and run from the police.  There were two bystanders shot.  One in the butt and the other in the knee.

Chris Monroe will joke that I have no soul or feelings. Well, sometimes that may be true, but not in this case. This story really made me emotional. In a world with a lot of crap, it is nice to see such a selfless deed as this. Watch this moving video of a NYC police officer helping out a homeless man.

So this guy is walking down the street and makes a joke about some dude on a bike, who is getting a ticket for riding on the sidewalk. Well, I guess the police didn't find the joke too funny. I think they took this one a bit too far! What do you think?
