High-speed train service would be a welcome alternative to catching a plane everywhere, but it needs to be consistently reliable.

That's a hell of a lot faster!

A tragic accident happened Wednesday evening at the Train Depot in Lapeer. A 55-year-old man was killed after being struck by a freight train.

This is unbelievable. A second person was killed this week by a train in Fenton.

A deadly accident happened yesterday in Fenton at around 3 p.m. on N. Leroy Street. Police say the victim was a white female but are not release her identity as of yet. It's unclear how it happened and Canadian National crews were on the scene with police.

Tragedy struck Shiawassee County yesterday when a woman collided with a westbound train. The accident happened on Beardlee Road between Bath and Beard Road just before 11 p.m. last night.

This delivery guy may be taking the "freaky fast" slogan a bit too seriously. While making a Jimmy John's delivery on his bike, a train rolling through town threatened this freaky fastness. In order to make it on time, he through his bike on his shoulder and simply climbed over the train.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that this bully was under the influence of something. As he is getting in the face of a couple guys on the train, another passenger had just about enough. Just before a fight was about to break out, the biggest dude on the train slapped a choke hold on him and put him to sleep.

Check out this train completely destroying a semi that has stalled on the tracks. You don't see footage like this very often, but I've heard it happens a lot. I have a few friends that work for railroad companies and they've told me that it is really common for trains to hit cars and people along the way.

I think most of us are familiar with the "five second rule", but this is ridiculous! Watch as a girl riding on a NYC train, proceeds to eat potato chips from the floor!
