Devour the Day rolled through The Machine Shop last night and one lucky winner was their photographer for the night. Vicky won a brand new Nikon camera and was able to capture all the action right up front in front of the chains during their set.

Last night the Flint local music scene was shocked to find out that former Westfall and Surviving Justin drummer Chad Kelsey lost his battle after suffering from serious injuries stemming from a February 14th auto accident. Chad will be missed by family, friends and local rockers.

Another Saturday night in Flint... but not just any normal night! This past Saturday consisted of ass kicking rock from the guys of Eye Empire, 3 Years Hollow and Westfall at The Machine Shop! Tony LaBrie and the rest of the Banana crew were out in full force all night long! Check out the pictures below!

Tonight one of my favorite bands will be at The Machine Shop, Caroline's Spine. To make this deal even sweeter, one of my favorite local bands will be opening up, Westfall. If you've yet to see these guys, make it a plan to show up early to do so. Also tonight, Two Head Chan will be warming up the night with an all acoustic performance.
