Talk About A Pee Brain, Portland Teen Urinates In Water Supply [VIDEO]

What a complete waste of water. A Portland teen was caught on camera urinating in a reservoir that holds the city's drinking water. Now the city has to drain 38 million gallons of water. Nice going a-hole!

What I find strange is how accessible this water is. I hope this has not happened before and gone unknown, but maybe it has? I wonder what else has been put in there?
