Fenton Tim Horton’s Peeper Sentenced This Morning

The twenty-year-old man from Grand Blanc Township was sentenced this morning.

Eric Andrews, Jr. was arrested back in March under the allegations that he had secretly videotaped over 20 people in the restroom at the Tim Horton's in downtown Fenton. He had apparently been recording his victims for more than two years, some of which were minors at the time.

This morning, he was sentenced to 36 to 240 months in prison, with the 249 days that he's been locked up counted as time served. At the maximum, he'd spend about 19 years behind bars. He will also have to register as a sex offender.
