That’s Mr. Captain Awesome To You

People change things all the time. We change our minds, clothes, even appearances through plastic surgery.  When a woman gets married, she usually changes her last name.  The list goes on and on.

One Oregon man just made a major change, his name.  According to "Register-Guard", Douglas Allen Smith Jr. has legally changed his name to, wait for it- CAPTAIN AWESOME!  Oh yes he did! Sounds like a super hero.

If you watch the television show "Chuck", the name may ring a bell.  Apparently there is a character on the show Dr. Devon "Captain Awesome" Woodcomb.  That is where he got the idea.

Something to think about I guess.  A new name.  Chris Monroe thinks my name is "bitch".  Hmmm, that's Miss Bitch to you Chrissy!
